These terms govern your use of BizAssist, an AI operations assistant for online stores, provided by Trending Media Service Private Limited ("we"). By signing up or paying for the service you agree to them.
BizAssist connects to accounts you authorise (for example Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WhatsApp) to produce reports and to make changes to your store and campaigns. On standard plans every change is shown to you and runs only after you tap Approve. You may revoke access to any connected account at any time from that platform.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%), and are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. The plan prices shown on the sign-up page at the time you subscribe apply; the 14-day trial is free and the first charge is taken on day 15 unless you cancel. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; changes never apply to a month already paid.
You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to admin@trendingmediagroup.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; connected accounts are disconnected and your data handled as set out in the Privacy Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; third-party platforms and APIs are outside our control. Support is available on WhatsApp (+91 89389 27706) and email on working days, 10:00–18:00 IST.
The service provides information and carries out changes you approve. You remain responsible for your business decisions, advertising spend and store configuration. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim in a billing year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost advertising spend. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.
The service, its software and content remain ours. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.
We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, misuse, or where a connected platform requires it, giving notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
