BizAssist is a monthly subscription with no lock-in. Cancel any time by email to admin@trendingmediagroup.in or WhatsApp to +91 89389 27706; the service continues until the end of the month already paid and no further charges are made.
Refunds
First month, 7-day guarantee: if within 7 days of your first payment we have not connected your accounts and delivered your first daily brief, or you are not satisfied, tell us and we refund the first month in full.
Later months: fees for a month already started are not refunded, except where the service was unavailable for more than 5 consecutive days due to a fault on our side, in which case we refund that month on request.
Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. GST on a refunded amount is also reversed.
