Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BizAssist ("we", "us"), operated by Trending Media Service Private Limited, collects when you use trendingmediagroup.in and the BizAssist service, and how it is used. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Sign-up details: name, mobile number, email, store name, order volume, ad spend and anything you type into the form.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, referrer, campaign parameters (UTM, click IDs), browser type, approximate location from IP.
• Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and a transaction reference; we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Business data you connect (customers only): once you connect Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics or WhatsApp, we access the data needed to run your assistant (orders, inventory, campaign metrics, leads). We act as a processor for your customers' data on your instructions.

How we use it

• To contact you about your sign-up and provide the service.
• To run and improve the assistant, including daily briefs and approved changes to your store and ad accounts.
• To measure our own marketing (Meta Pixel, with your consent where required).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where it is stored

On Google Cloud in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Connected-account credentials are stored encrypted in Google Secret Manager and are never shared with other customers or third parties.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the service: Google Cloud (hosting, AI models), Razorpay (payments), Meta (WhatsApp and advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it by writing to admin@trendingmediagroup.in. We respond within 30 days. Deleting a customer account removes connected credentials immediately and business data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (invoices for 8 years).

Retention

Sign-up details: 24 months from last contact. Customer business data: for the life of the subscription plus 30 days. Payment records: as required by Indian tax law.

Cookies

We use first-party storage to remember how you reached us and, with the Meta Pixel, a third-party cookie for advertising measurement. You can block these in your browser without affecting the service.

Children

The service is for businesses and not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new date and, for material changes, notify customers by email or WhatsApp.
