How Bizzassist uses your sign-up data
Who we are
Trending Media Service Private Limited runs Bizzassist and is responsible for the personal data you give when you sign up (the data fiduciary). Questions and requests about your data: admin@trendingmediagroup.in.
What we collect and why
- Work email: to sign you in with Google, send account and billing messages, and (only if you agree) product tips.
- Store address: to create your workspace and read the store you connect.
- WhatsApp number (optional): to send alerts and account reminders on WhatsApp once you turn them on.
- Data from the accounts you connect: to build your baseline, run the checks and propose changes you approve.
- Where you came from (campaign and source): to know which of our ads and partners work; no ad click ids are stored with it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to you, or use the business data you connect to train AI models. Bizzassist reads the accounts you connect only to run your workspace.
Who else handles it
Google Cloud (hosting and AI models, in the Mumbai region), Razorpay (payments, if you start a trial) and the WhatsApp or email provider you turn on. Each handles data only on our instructions, under its own contract with us.
Product tips and offers
Only if you tick the box. Not ticking it changes nothing about your audit or trial, and you can stop them any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
Account messages
Messages about your own workspace, trial and billing (for example the reminders before a first charge) are part of the service and are not marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as your workspace exists and 90 days after you close it, unless a law (for example tax law for invoices) requires longer. Audit sign-ups that never connect a store are removed after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent (your workspace then closes), and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to admin@trendingmediagroup.in; we answer within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India: https://www.dpboard.gov.in.
Who may sign up
Bizzassist is a service for businesses and the adults who run them; it is not for anyone under 18.
